Jake and Mackenzie – Spokane In Home Photoshoot

not all photo session go to plan. let’s be real, most don’t really go to plan. but this one started off on a real bad foot. when i knocked on the front door of these cuties newly built house, jake slightly opened the door & peeked out. “oh hey, come on in!” (very gracious answer for the circumstance, you’ll find out)

so i walk in and he lets me know his wife is finishing up getting ready & they’ll both be out in a minute! i sat there for a few minutes wondering why it was taking them so long, not a problem just interesting that they weren’t ready even around the time we were planning on! as i was thinking this, i checked my messages with Mackenzie & realized i got there an hour early!!!! we had planned for noon & i got there at 11! WHAT THE HECK! I cannot believe I did that. They are the most gracious and kind people, they got ready extra fast so we could do the shoot. i felt so bad, looking back, i should have probably just left & came back. but regardless, we had a good time & the photos turned out lovely. i’m oh so thankful for them & their hospitality to a crazy lady like me.
