Coeur D’Alene Resort Wedding – The Akolade’s

This was a day, we won’t soon forget. I shot this wedding alongside my business partner, Cami Bradley. (More info on our team here). Nowadays, we don’t get to shoot together very often, so this day was such a treat. This gallery is a snapshot of a 10 hour wedding package + a second shooter.

Boye was born in Nigeria but both he and Ashley were raised in the states, so they had a mix of American wedding traditions and Nigerian wedding traditions throughout their day. This day started at separate AirBnb’s getting ready with the greatest teams. Hair by Alicia Delvechio, Makeup by Monica Thode, and her dress is from Hannah Hill Bridal. Limo’s picked each party up and headed over to the Hagadone Event Center. Tyler from Pearl and Tin was the planner and florist for the day, she created the beautiful standing floral arrangements for the ceremony. Friends and family watched as the couple shared their first kiss and NEW last name with Lake Coeur D’Alene as their background. The reception was nothing short of a PARTY, from the bridal party entrance to the glow stick exit, they didn’t stop dancing the entire time. Halfway through the reception, the couples, bridal party, and family all changed into traditional Nigerian outfits and took part in a traditional money dance. The left the venue in a party bus and headed downtown CDA for the after party. Everything about this day was dreamy and we are so honored that we were able to capture it all.
